RADIANT CITY

Wow, several years now.  Started playing Sim City many moons ago — my brother had introduced me to it.  From there, I went on to Sims 1 and was really into the Makin’ Magic one until Sims 2 came out and I saw all the new details and lovely custom content made and decided to buy the entire series.  I’ve been holding off going to Sims 3 simply because I don’t like how the Sims look in series 3, they look, well, rubbery or gummy looking.  And as far as the Sims creators promising that Sims 3 would eliminate expansion packs, they haven’t, and several have come out since.  I was intrigued by the Medieval standalone as I am fond of that period but would not be into anything but the asthetics of it.  Wonder if they’ll release a standalone for Steampunk/Victorian look or the American 1950’s era?  Hmmmm…

I’ve been playing since the very beginning. I was about 10. I remember not knowing that this game was going to take over my life. Ho ho ho..how things have changed.

I probably should’ve figured it out when I stay up until 4am the first time I played.

Gosh I can’t remember when exactly…between 10-12? It was young and I used to have to ask about playing, to which I would go to bed at like…5 am. :D The first time I was allowed to play TS2, it was on a crappy laptop that was so slow but I played for about 12 hours, until 7 am…God, good times. :D
